Our commitment to reducing barriers throughout Stores Avantage journeys.

Our approach

Stores Avantage aims for an experience usable by keyboard, screen readers, zoom and reduced-motion preferences. Improvement is ongoing.

Semantic structure, skip links, visible focus, form labels, error messages and responsive layouts are built into key journeys.

We aim to produce readable, structured documents. If a PDF or information is difficult to use, request an alternative version.

Email bonjour@storesavantage.ca with the page, device, browser and assistive technology used. We will offer an alternative and prioritize the fix.
