01What we collect
When you allow it in your cookie preferences, Stores Avantage anonymously counts the main journey milestones (home, catalogue, product, project and request) using a random identifier kept in the session. This internal measurement, automatically deleted after no more than 90 days, contains no name, email, IP address or advertising profile. When you submit a request: name, email, optional phone number, language, contact preferences, project details and an optional delivery or installation address. Cart choices and a Stores Avantage campaign source may also be attached to the record.
02Why
This information is used to understand your needs, prepare an estimate, communicate with you, and follow up on the project. The address is used to determine applicable taxes and prepare delivery, installation, or an in-home consultation. A message sent through the Contact us page is stored separately and does not automatically create a sales project.
03Local cart
The cart and saved windows remain in your browser’s local storage. Price verification temporarily sends the configuration needed for recalculation without creating a client record or storing the cart.
04Stripe payments
When you choose to pay online, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure page. Stripe processes card details; Stores Avantage neither receives nor stores them. Stores Avantage receives only the confirmation, amount, currency, and identifiers required to reconcile the payment with your project.
05Limited access
Requests, addresses, and payments are accessible only to people who need to prepare and follow up on your project. Suppliers, costs, and internal notes remain restricted to administration.
06Your choices
You can clear the cart before submission, edit each project address, and download a readable summary or detailed data from your client space. To request a correction or deletion, email bonjour@storesavantage.ca directly.
07Security
Forms use anti-fraud and anti-abuse protection. Private pages are not cached or indexed. Stripe confirmations are signature-verified before a payment is recorded.
