Delivery
The address, fees, hand-off method and timeline are confirmed in the file. Inspect packaging upon receipt and promptly report damage.
Installation
Installation is uncommon and never assumed to be included. When offered, its scope, address and appointment are confirmed separately.
Prepare the space
Clear the windows and provide reasonable, safe access. Report any special constraint that may affect the work before the appointment.
Tracking
Supplier confirmation, shipment, receipt and installation stages, when applicable, appear in order tracking.
